Westfield Doncaster venue offers two private tea rooms to choose from, adorned with enchanting pink floral backdrops.​

Moonee Ponds venue angel wings area provides a picturesque and captivating backdrop.​

  • Private Hightea seating at Doncaster Level 1 (no lift access) 

  • Hire fee

    • Weekend $149 for 2 hours (3pm to 5pm)

    • Weekend $249 for 3 hours (2pm to 5pm)

    • Weekday $149 for 2 hours (2pm to 4pm)

    • Weekday $249 for 3 hours (1pm to 4pm)

  • Packages to choose from-

  • Base package $70 per person.

  • Sparkling package $109 per person.

Minimum total cost of the event is- Package per person plus hire fee plus cake ordered. BYO cakes & food are not allowed.

If you go beyond your seating times, extra charges will apply. It is your responsibility to finish your seating on time to avoid the extra charges. 

Private High tea Room - Doncaster

  • Four Dessert Items (mini cakes & macaron).

  • Bottomless pots of speciality tea to share.

  • A glass of Sparkling wine(non alcoholic option available; For kids, swap champagne for apple juice). 

  •  One tea stand shared between two guests.

Bottomless Sparkling Package $109 per person

Each guest receives:

  • Four Savoury Cold Ribbon Sandwiches (chicken, egg, veg​, smoked salmon).

  • Five Dessert Items (mini cakes & macaron).

  • Bottomless pots of speciality tea to share.

  • Bottomless sparkling wine (non alcoholic option available).

  • Standard coffee.

  •  One tea stand shared between two guests.

Somethings to remember-

  • Any other drinks not included, can be ordered and paid on the day.

  • Our high tea can’t be made dairy free/ egg free/ lactose free.

  • Please advise us of your dietary requirements when booking. 

  • Gluten Free high tea is additional $5 per person.

  • Hightea is prepaid and non refundable. If your guests can't attend, payment is forfeited.

  • Leftovers are not available for takeaway. 

  • Price and inclusions are subject to change.
